We’re beyond excited to announce the 1st edition of Creapure® HYROX Lyon, taking place from May 20st to 24th, 2026. For the first time ever, the HYROX arena is coming to the heart of this historic and vibrant city – and it’s bringing four intense days of fitness, fire, and fierce competition.
Whether you’re chasing your next podium or stepping into the HYROX world for the first time, this is your chance to make a mark – solo, in doubles, or as a relay. Expect electric vibes, epic workouts, and a community that pushes you to your limit.

HYROX est la course mondiale de fitness pour tous, où chaque événement suit exactement le même format, ce qui permet d'avoir un classement mondial pour tous les athlètes. HYROX combine à la fois la course à pied et des stations d’entraînement fonctionnel, où les participants courent 1 km, suivi d’une station d’entraînement fonctionnel, répétée huit fois. Chaque course est organisée en intérieur dans de vastes halls d’exposition, créant ainsi une course immersive et électrisante, où les spectateurs peuvent te soutenir du début à la fin.
HYROX is the global fitness race for everybody, where each event follows the exact same race format, allowing for a comparable global leaderboard for all athletes. The race format starts with a 1km run, followed by 1 functional workout, repeated 8 times. With all global races taking place in large indoor venues, a unique stadium-like atmosphere with an incomparable race experience is created for all athletes.
